What is Graded Stock?

We offer two types of discounted items: graded stock and refurbished stock (see details below).

Graded stock refers to items that have been delivered and returned, often with minor cosmetic imperfections. These products are fully functional but may show signs of handling such as small marks or scratches.

We sell these items at a reduced price to minimise waste while offering excellent value. If you’re happy to accept a few cosmetic imperfections, graded stock is a great way to get a high-quality product for less.

Product Grading Explained

Graded stock refers to items that have been returned and show signs of cosmetic damage. Each product is carefully assessed and assigned a grade based on the level and location of any imperfections.

We use the following grading system:

S Grade – Damage is limited to the sides or rear of the product only
A Grade – Minor cosmetic damage to the front, with possible additional marks on the sides or rear
B Grade – Moderate cosmetic damage to the front, with potential additional wear on the sides or rear
C Grade – More noticeable cosmetic damage across the product

For full transparency, we provide images highlighting any visible damage on all graded listings. Please review these carefully before purchasing to ensure you’re happy with the condition.

What is Refurbished Stock?

Refurbished stock refers to items that have been returned to our depot and carefully prepared for resale. This may include products that were returned in excellent condition with no visible damage, as well as items that previously had faults or cosmetic issues which have since been professionally repaired by the manufacturer.

Each refurbished product is thoroughly checked to ensure it is fully functional and meets performance standards before being resold. In many cases, these items will show little to no visible signs of use, meaning you’re unlikely to notice any imperfections.

By choosing refurbished stock, you can enjoy a like-new product at a reduced price, offering excellent value while also helping to reduce waste.

What is the Warranty on Graded & Refurbished Stock?

 

All graded and refurbished items come with a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind. This covers any functional faults that may arise during normal use.

Please note, the warranty does not cover any cosmetic damage that has already been highlighted and shown in the product listing.

You can shop with confidence knowing that your product is protected, and if any issues do occur within the 12-month period, our team will be on hand to help resolve them.

Delivery Options on Graded & Refurbished Items

 

Due to the nature of graded and refurbished products, deliveries are handled either by our own vehicles or via a trusted third-party pallet courier. This ensures items are transported safely and arrive in the condition described.

As a result, delivery charges differ from those of brand-new products.

Standard delivery is typically completed within 2–4 working days from the date of purchase.
