1. Claims apply on products bought between 30th October 2025 and midnight 27th November 2025
2. Claims only applicable if our price reduces on the exact model (screen size, colour, features, etc) purchased
3. If an item is purchased which includes a promotional item and subsequently reduces in price and the promotional item is removed, the value of the promotional item will be factored into the amount refunded.
4. Claims must be submitted by midnight on Friday 5th December 2025 via email to customer.service@reliantdirect.co.uk quoting your order reference number.
